Terms & Conditions

Use of the property is subject to internal terms and conditions

1. Because of coronavirus the following restrictions are currently enforced:
a. Masks must be worn in common areas at all times
b. No visitors are allowed, only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Guest violating this rule will be requested to vacate the property without a refund.
c. No early check-in and late check-out are available as more time is required to get rooms ready.
d. Our personnel does not enter a room before it's disinfected with Ozone. For that reason, we don't make rooms during guests' stay but offer additional sets of towels and upon request additional linens.

2. Late check-in (after 7 pm) requires a special request and can be arranged, subject to availability, for an additional fee of $60.

3. The minimum age for registered guests is 16 years old.

4. Non-Smoking
Houston Towers Inn is a non-smoking facility. Please refrain from smoking inside and on the viewing tower and smoke only in the designated smoking areas in the front yard and 2nd-floor patio marked by standing floor ashtrays. Smoking is a fire hazard! In addition to that, nonsmokers find Tobacco smell in the room offensive. Until the room is treated and becomes smell free it remains vacant and non-rentable. We have no choice but to strongly enforce non-smoking policy. The violators are subject to $500 fine. Depending on circumstances, in addition to fine, the violators may have to vacate the property without refund.

5. Backyard, Swimming pool and hot tub
There is no swimming pool guard on premises, guests are welcome to use the pool at their own risk. The hot tub is available for a $30 fee (2 hours) and requires two-hour notice as it takes that much time to heat it. Both, swimming pool and the hot tub are available until 10 pm.
Pool towels are available in the rooms, please use them outdoor rather than bathroom towels.
There is a restroom by the pool accessible from the backyard.
Please dry yourself before entering the house to prevent water from dripping.
For safety reasons no glasses or glass containers are allowed in the backyard area. Glass bottles have to remain in a cooler if brought to the backyard. Plastic cups are available for guest to consume beverages in the backyard area. Please ask the front desk if you need any.

6. Dress code
Shirts and footwear are required in common areas inside the house at all times. Please don’t wear swimming suits or bathrobes in common areas inside the house. For safety reasons, barefoot are not allowed anywhere on the premises (not including the swimming pool)

7. Valuables
Each room has a safe to store guest’s valuables. Use of safe is optional, however, management is not responsible for any valuable item left outside of the safe.

8. Viewing Tower
Registered guest can access the viewing tower by the elevator (level 4). Access to the viewing tower is not allowed after 10 PM. During private events, Viewing Tower is closed.

9. Open Fire
Open fire is a big fire hazard. Burning candles or any other source of open flames is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, inside and outside. We are protecting the safety of our guests and violators of this policy are subject to $500 fine without exceptions. Repeat violators will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.

10. Quiet time
Please respect Houston City noise ordinance as well as other guest’s rights for privacy and noise free environment. Guest may not play loud music, turn TV volume high, and have loud gatherings. From 10:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. guest may not make a loud noise on balconies, patio and elsewhere outside the house that neighbors can hear.

11. Flowers and petals
Flowers are allowed in vases only. Natural and artificial petals are not allowed. The guest will be charged $500 cleaning fee if petals were used for decorations.

12. Indemnity
Houston Towers is providing a room only. Guests carry full responsibility for safety and security while staying at the property. Guest will hold harmless and indemnify Houston Towers against any and all claims and actions arising out of the providing a room to stay, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from Houston Towers providing the room.

You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a contract between You and Houston Towers, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by You and Houston Towers, and that these Terms govern Your use of Houston Towers premises and supersede any prior agreements between You and Houston Towers

Payment Policy

For standard rate booking a 100% deposit required upon reservation. It is fully refundable before 14 days of the check-in date. For non-refundable rate booking a 100% payment is required upon reservation. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment is accepted only through credit cards.
Houston Towers Inn is an adult only facility

Cancellation Policy

Standard rate deposit if fully refundable before 14 days of the check-in date. After that deposit is not refundable. Payments for non-refundable rate are not refundable. No show is subject to full payment of the entire stay.
Houston Towers reserves the right to cancel Your booking and refund your deposit at any time for any reason whatsoever with 2 days notice to You
