Houghton View 13, is situated just off the main Camps Bay beach, on the gentler slope of Houghton Road, Cape Town. Camps Bay is the secure and trendy place to be. At the foothills of the Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head, this stunning location offers uninterrupted views out across the turquoise-coloured sea. Camps Bay sports some of the trendiest places to frequent in Cape Town. Head south from the beaches of Clifton (or north from the buzz of Sea Point) and you’ll discover the chic suburb of Camps Bay. The main road, Victoria Road, is jam-packed with funky restaurants, trendy pubs, as well as bucket-and-spade shops, all on one side, leaving the palm-fringed beach and grassed vergers on the other. It’s here, on the white sands of Camps Bay, where you’ll find bronzed locals and visitors showing off their volleyball and athletic skills, while every now and then a supermodel or rock star is seen ‘chilling out”, but it’s also a great place for families – the sandy beach is wide and flat, the waves gently roll into shore, and parking is thankfully more available than at neighbouring areas, even easier is to leave the cars safely tucked in the parking and take a gentle stroll of a few hundred metres and you are right on the beach.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation needs to be submitted in writing to manager@houghtonview.com. Where ever there is a refund of funds due such refund may take between 7 and 21 working days to be processed.
