Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you may be assessed a $50USD cleaning fee. With prior authorization some pets may be allowed with a pet surcharge. At no time is a pet permitted to be in a room alone.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after 8pm. Arrangements will be made to meet you when you arrive.
Limited free covered parking as well as street parking is available to all our overnight guests.
All guest rooms require climbing/descending at least 4 stairs. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.
No hourly rates available.
Items left behind cannot be sent to you, as the postal service is very unreliable. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc.,

Payment Policy

Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night in the case of a one or two-night stay OR 50% of your total stay for three or more nights. This may appear as two separate charges on your statement in the case of three or more days. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a $25 per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows: In advance of 14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit, less the $25 cancellation fee. Within two weeks from arrival - Refund of deposit based on our ability to resell your room(s), less the $25 fee. Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy. Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms. All cancellations must be provided in writing/via email. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
