Cancellation Policy:
The hotel must receive cancellation by 12 pm (EST) on the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee equal to the first night rate plus taxes.

• Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
• Hotel Montreal Metropolitain is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas
• The hotel does not accept pets
• Security deposit is mandatory at the time of check-in on a valid credit card

Payment Policy

All payment types are accepted, payment is due on receipt and a security deposit of 100$ will be preauthorized on your method of payments (credit card) or 200$ will be taken (cash or debit) and reimbursed at the time of your departure.

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour cancellation policy. Please cancel before 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to your reservation for a full refund. Anytime after the 48-hour period is subject to a full charge of one night stay.
