Property Information
Hotelli Maakunta
Hotelli Maakunta is the oldest still functioning hotel in Forssa. Many famous Finns such as former president of Finland, Urho Kekkonen have visited here. Hotel has been found in 1940 and was completely renovated in 2008 by the new owners. Hotelli Maakunta is located in the city centre of Forssa, right next to Vesihelmi spa. It is easy to find and there is a large parking area.
The hotel has 16 rooms on two floors. Rooms are suitable for 1-3 persons. There is also a possibility to add extra beds. Total accommodation capacity is 36 persons. It is possible to rent the whole hotel for your group – please request an offer!
There are two variously equipped self-service kitchens for customers to use and at the upper floor there is a nice lounge area with TV. Possibility to wash your laundry at the basement for a small extra price.
Breakfast is included in the prices. From Monday to Saturday it is served at the next door bakery (Antin Konditoria). On Sundays breakfast is served at the hotel as a breakfast platter.

Prices:
Hotelli Maakunta has their right to change room rates according to the season. You can check our valid prices from +358404174001 or by email from info@hotellimaakunta.fi.
Included in the room rate:
Accommodation in the selected room type, sheets and towels, final cleaning (for longer stay we offer intermediate cleaning once a week or more often by agreement), free parking, free wireless internet connection and breakfast in the next door bakery from Monday to Friday at 6.15am – 8.15am and Saturdays from 7.00am – 10.00am. Sundays the breakfast is served at the hotel as a cold breakfast plate.
Check in and check out:
Normal check in time to the hotel is 14.00 – 18.00. For earlier or later check in, please contact the hotel directly +358404174001 or info@hotellimaakunta.fi.

Cribs are available (limited quantity, reservation is needed).

Group reservations:
In group reservations reservation fee 25% of total amount is charged when reservation is made. Reservation fee is non-refundable. Rest 75% is charged before arrival.
Catering services are available for 10 – 50 persons, accommodation for up to 36 persons.
Pets:
Dogs are welcome to some of the downstairs rooms. Dog fee is 5e/night/dog. Service dogs may stay free of charge. Reservation is needed.

Liability for damages:
Hotelli Maakunta has their right to charge the costs of intentional damages at the hotel from the customer.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by bank transfer (this is required for special seasons and very late arrivals, only in advance), cash or most common debit and credit cards. We offer billing opportunity for companies.
Cancellation Policy
Room cancellation can be made without a fee 24 hours before your arrival. If the cancellation is made later than that, the hotel has their right to charge the total amount of the reservation from the customer.
