GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS All reservations are 100 percent cancelable if done so more than 2 weeks before first day of reserved stay. Reservation Cancellation requests less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the confirmed arrival date are 50% refundable. Cancellation requests less than 7 days before the confirmed arrival date (known as a “no-shows") are 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be granted either for unused portions of a reservation due to an early departure. Different cancellation policies for reservations made for Christmas until New Year (December 23 - January 1) and Easter may apply.
If for some reason we do not have a room available and you have a confirmed reservation, we will take every possible step to provide you a nearby substitute accommodation of similar quality and price.
Hotel El Mono Feliz cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to persons or property caused by reasons beyond our control (force majeure), such as: natural catastrophes, fire, tidal waves, strikes, earthquakes, animal activity, etc.
Guest and visitors of the hotel can be held responsible for any damages they inflict to Hotel El Mono Feliz property, other guests, and other guest’s property.
We cannot be held responsible for mistakes, changes in tour or activity prices, and other situations and conditions over which we have no control.
Hotel El Mono Feliz always has the right to change the our advertised prices, without notice, at any time.

Payment Policy
Room reservations are secured by credit card, and payment is made at time of stay here at the hotel.
We accept cash (dollars or colones), and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard - soon to accept American Express).
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, arrangements must be made in advance.
