Guarantee Deposit:
Casa Lulu handles a security deposit that will be retained at the time of your Check In and returned to the customer at the time of your Check Out, whenever there are no extra charges during your stay or balances to be settled.
HIGH SEASON: $ 3,000.00 MXN
LOW SEASON: $ 2,000.00 MXN
These clauses are not valid for reservations made with special rates. In this case, the respective established conditions will apply.
Policies for children: Casa Lulu is an adults only hotel, so children are not allowed.
Prices per room per night: Prices are only valid with a formal quote. Casa Lulu reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice.
The prices related to the reservation will be indicated during the booking process. The prices that appear on the website of Casa Lulu are net, that is; with taxes included, 16% VAT (Value Added Tax) plus 3% ISH (Lodging Tax).
Non - Show Policy: In case of Non - Show at the hotel without prior notice, your reservation will count as Non - Show, which implies the cost of 100% of your reservation without refund.
Política de pago
Once the online reservation is done; the equivalente of one night reservation will be retainded on your credit card. During high season, the 50% of your reservation will be retained.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid upon arrival, in order to conclude your check-in at the hotel.
Política de cancelación
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made for HIGH SEASON;
being HIGH SEASON the following dates: Carnival, Holy Week, Easter Week, International Motorcycle Week, Summer and Christmas will have a cancellation period of 30 days before the date of arrival at the hotel. If cancelled or modify 30 days or less, before the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Reservations made for LOW SEASON;
being LOW SEASON the rest of the year excluding the aforementioned dates will have a cancellation period of 72 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel. If cancelled or modify 72 hours or less, before the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of non-show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For reservations made on the day of the stay, no changes or cancellations will be applied, so the "Non - Show" charge will be made, corresponding to the total reservation fee for each room without the right to a refund.
For reservations subject to reimbursement, this will be made within a period not exceeding 15 business days.
· If the reservation was paid in cash at OXXO stores, 3.5% + VAT will be retained.
· If the reservation was paid with a Card, 2.9% + $ 2.50 MXN + VAT will be retained.
· If the reservation was paid by means of Interbank Electronic Transfer SPEI, 1% + $ 8.00 MXN + VAT will be retained.
