We need to know your expected arrival time at the hostel to be able to offer the best service.
Please let us know as soon as possible.
Please note that the entry into the room is from 1400, if you arrive before this time we will do our best to prepare the room before 1400, if possible.
Remember that our reception is open from 1000 (morning) to 2300 (night).
Any check-in arriving from 2300 till 0000 (Midnight) will be subject to an extra charge of 30€ and in this case you need to call +34 935308735, one hour before the expected arrival time at the Hostal in order to arrange the check-in.
We do not accept check-ins past 00.00 (Midnight)

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival or NO SHOW, will be charged for the first night!
For the non-refundable reservations, the hotel will charge the total amount into the credit card at the booking confirmation, that amount will not be refundable.
