* We require a 60% deposit to hold your reservation.
* No smoking.
* Pets okay on advanced notice.
* Dogs will be on a leash while outside at all time.
* Renter is responsible for damage to cabin

We require 60% of your total stay as a deposit to hold any reservation, your reservation will not be guaranteed if we have not received this deposit or if your credit card was denied.
Cancellation Policy
*For Direct bookings*
If you must cancel your reservation please do so no less then 36 hrs. prior to check in to receive a 90% refund of the deposit, cancellations less then 36 hrs will forfeit there deposit. Exceptions can sometimes be made in the event of a weather related delay/cancellation.
