All rates are quoted as per room per night, inclusive of breakfast and VAT at 5%
Payment Policy
A deposit of £25 per room per night is required to guarantee your booking. This will be charged to the card details provided following confirmation of booking. Full payment of bill on departure.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to your arrival, unless we are able to re-let the room.
If a cancellation is made with 48 hours of your arrival, or in the event of a no show, the full rate will be charged to your debit / credit card, unless we are able to re-let the room.
Our cancellation policy does apply during adverse weather - we recommend travel insurance against cancellation.
