Terms and Conditions:

You are charged in Full at the time of reservation.

We count all children age 2 and over as guests and they should be included in your headcount when making the reservation. All cabins are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are charged at $10 per person per night. Be aware charges may be charged during the reservation creation or after your stay.

The normal check-in time is after 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am; other times by prior arrangement.

Having a good time is encouraged, but you may not be disruptive to other patrons. Please use common courtesy. Quiet time starts at 10:00pm unless otherwise approved.

One vehicle per cabin for parking in front of the room (spaces are marked). Additional vehicles need to park in a shared parking area.

Small standing BBQ charcoal grills are outside of each cabin for use with CHARCOAL ONLY. No wood. NO exceptions!

Gas grills are only used during a no burn/red flag condition.

$25 fee for changing the temperature of the refrigerator.

No outside fires allowed except in the designated fire pit (unless the fire danger is high and no fires are allowed at all, including charcoal).

FIREWORKS ARE NEVER ALLOWED!

Only Duraflame or similar type manufactured logs are acceptable for use in indoor fireplaces. Traditional firewood is not allowed.
WOOD ON PROPERTY IS FOR MANAGEMENT ONLY.

NO SMOKING in the rooms! Whenever smoking outside, please use extra precaution as this is a heavily wooded area with lots of tinder on the ground. Please also dispose of all butts properly in an ashtray. A $100 discovery charge will be applied for any smoking inside a room or butts are found on the ground.

$15 pet fee per pet up to two pets.

Only pets that are well behaved, friendly and supervised are allowed at the cabins and must be leashed when outside due to safety concerns and accordance with the state's leash law (even well mannered pets can become unpredictable in a strange environment). They are not allowed to be left alone in cabins, unless crated and only then for a very brief time. We know that some breeds can shed and ask you not allow them to be on furniture or beds. If you are unable to keep them off of furniture, please bring your own sheet/blanket to place on furniture to protect from hair/fur and stains. Pets must immediately be cleaned up after.

A discovery fee of $100 per occurrence will be added for any UNDISCLOSED PEOPLE or PETS. Pets must immediately be cleaned up after. $125 Fee for urine in the cabin and $25 fee for stool outside.

No cleaning of fish inside the rooms or storing in refrigerator. For your convenience we have an outside fish cleaning sink.

All rooms receive a post-occupancy inspection and by booking a reservation you acknowledge responsibility for any damages or theft incurred during your stay, which will be charged to your credit card.

Hidden Rest Cabins is working on cutting our carbon emissions. We will not give out more or swap out towels so please hang up the towels.

Stained towels and or linens will be charged $25 per fine. Do not clean floors, shoes, vehicles, etc.

Spas are inside the cabin and the spa has chemicals that can be sensitive to some guests. Spas make noise when circulating the water and when the cleaning cycle is running every 12 hours. Spa cabins have windows and fans for air circulation.

The spa is sanitized per the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services “Suggested Health and Safety Guidelines for Public Spas and Hot Tubs” (PUBL 99-960)

Guests MUST shower before and after usage of the hot tub because some lotions, soaps, etc., may cause a skin rash when mixed with the hot tub chemicals. If any residue from such items as soaps (bubbles), bath products, lotions, oils, food, alcohol, etc. is found in the tub, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee minimum of $100.00.

Covers should remain over the hot tub at all times when not in use.

Absolutely no children or pets allowed in hot tubs. Evidence of children or animals in hot tub during or after stay will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $100.

DO NOT eat while in the spa.

If hot tub must be cleaned and/or drained because of misuse (alcohol, dirt, debris from careless use, bubbles, damages, etc.) you will be charged a minimum fee of $100.

DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVERS. If hot tub cover is broken Card on file will be charge $400

This is a rustic environment. As such, it is your responsibility to take care of yourself and your dependents. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or loss of any kind.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Important: Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to Hidden Rest Cabins premises at the guest's sole risk. Hidden Rest Cabins and / or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items. Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event that any such costs and charges are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or released in any way.

Payment Policy

You are charged in FULL at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 15 day cancellation on all cabins. There is a 10% cancellation fee for all cancellations. If you cancel 15 days prior to your date of arrival, you will be refunded your charges minus 10% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no recourse.
​Note: If you are booking within 15 days your reservation is not refundable if you choose to cancel.

Note: if you booked through a 3rd party site you made a non-refundable reservation. Hidden Rest Cabins does not refund days if you leave early.
