By signing this you agree to the following terms and agreements.
1) You will not smoke in any of the cottages on the property. If you do, a $250 cleaning deposit
will be charged to your credit card
2) Once the cottage is paid for, there will be no refunds given.
3) Pets are only allowed if arranged before the stay as we have certain cottages that pets are allowed inside.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of check-in. Once your stay is paid for, there will be no refunds.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card will be required for all reservations. However, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Failure to provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation may result in a charge equal to the first night of your scheduled stay.
