Heavenly Valley Townhouses is a cozy home away from home surrounded by spectacular scenery. The majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains rim beautiful Lake Tahoe, providing a breathtaking backdrop for back-to-nature activities. Hiking, biking, boating, golfing, concerts, shows, summer water sports, winter skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, dance clubs, casinos and year-round nightlife have made Lake Tahoe a perennial vacation favorite. Just a walk across the parking lot has you skiing at the California base Heavenly Ski Resort. Edgewood Golf course hosts the Celebrity Golf Tournament in the summer, Emerald Bay is a breathtaking site not to be missed. Winter, summer, spring and fall - there is always something to do in Lake Tahoe. Nestled among the pines in South Lake Tahoe, our townhouses are right in the middle of this vacation paradise. Cleaning Services:
Our townhouses are a unique warm home setting; we do not clean your unit daily. Washer and Dryer is available in each townhouse.
(CHECK WITH RESORT ON RESTRICTIONS).
Non Smoking Property:
Smoking in the units is strictly prohibited; if you smoke in the room you will be charged $350.00 to extract and deep clean.
No-Pet Policy enforced.
Outdoor heated Pool (seasonal) and year-round Hot tub closes at 10pm (no exceptions). Quiet hours 10:00pm - 8:00am.
Payment Policy
Holiday weeks or any portion of; Christmas Week and New Years week are considered holidays. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of reservation date. 1st nights room and tax collected at booking.
Cancellation must be 31 days or more to obtain a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
7 day cancel policy strictly enforced. Must cancel outside of 7 days prior to the first day of reservation in order to obtain a full refund with the exception of two Holidays. Christmas Week and New Years Week are holidays. A 31 day cancel is required to obtain a full refund. Christmas and New Years week reservations are non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less prior to the start of your reservation.
All other reservations; if cancelled within 7 days of the first night room reservation, 1st night room and tax will be forfeited.
