Heaton House Farm is a bespoke wedding venue with luxury on-site accommodation situated on the cusp of Cheshire and Staffordshire, providing an ideal location for wedding guests, holiday makers and business people.
You can be assured of a genuine, warm and friendly welcome from Mick, Margaret and Sarah Heath and the team.
Due to the scenic location of Heaton House Farm, you will see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields that surround the rooms, offering a calming atmosphere, peace and tranquillity.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the accommodation.
Beech Tree Rooms:
These rooms are situated 200 yards from the farm. Please leave all luggage in the car upon arrival at reception. It’s a short drive to the building.

9am - 5pm
Additional Information
Guests can check in STRICTLY between 1pm and 5pm. All bookings start from the date given on the booking reservation.
Please vacate your room(s) by 10am the next morning.
Breakfast is served between 9am-10am, it is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements or food intolerances AT LEAST 7 days before arrival.
As required by law, Heaton House Farm operates a no smoking policy in rooms. Please use the designated smoking areas provided.

Child Policy
A infant rate is classed as anyone under the age of 2.
A child rate is classed as anyone aged between 2-10.
Any guests under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times.

Full payment is required at time of reservation/booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, please notify us by email or post. Cancellation is confirmed on receipt of the letter/email by Heaton House Events Ltd not by the date of emailing/posting by the Client.
Once a booking has been paid and confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:
over 6 months prior to your arrival date – an admin fee of £10.00 per room
3 - 6 months prior to your arrival date - you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
0 - 3 month prior to your arrival date - you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
A small B&B such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations, and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.
