Damage Fees
Any and all damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, and/or in-room smoking violations will be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation. All accommodations and all areas of the building are non-smoking. There is a $150 charge for smoking inside any of these areas.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We have (1) one suite which allows dogs in Hawk's Nest Lodge. This suite is available on a first come, first served basis and books early. There is a pet fee and no dogs are allowed to stay unless arrangements have been secured in advance, this includes service dogs. Pets should remain off the furniture throughout your stay.
Terms and Conditions
Check out is 11AM. There will be an additional $50 per unit charge for any suite that has not checked out by 11AM. An additional fee equal to one nights rate will be applied for suites still occupied by 1PM.
Housekeeping and Privacy
All rooms are clean and ready for your arrival at 3PM. During your stay, we will not enter your room to allow you privacy. In combination with COVID-19 and privacy during your stay, we do not provide daily housekeeping. If you require anything during your stay, please let us know.
Quiet Hours
Noise travels in a log cabin, and we ask that you be respectful of our quiet hours starting at 11PM. Please be respectful of that. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if in violation of this policy without refund or compensation. Please read our cancellation policy in full before booking your stay.
Payment Policy
In order to secure your reservation, we take payment in full upon booking. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact the Hawks Nest Lodge office directly at (207) 663-2020.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund for your stay, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
