RV Visitor Policy
Check-In and Check-Out Times
________ Greenwood Village Inn & Suites guaranteed Check-In time is 3:00 pm and Check-Out time is at 11:00 am.
________RV Bathroom Key - Upon request you will be issued a key to the RV park bathrooms. The RV bathrooms are for registered guests ONLY. Failure to return key will result in a $50.00 charge.
_______ The RV Park is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Greenwood Village, it's officers and employees of all liability for loss or damages to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of it's camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify Greenwood Village, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family, guest, or pet of the registered camper arising out of the use of it's camping facilities.

I have read and agree to comply with all the Campground rules and regulations as posted in the office and/or on the grounds.

Hotel Visitor Policy
_______ Our front doors are locked from 11:00 pm at night to 7:00 am in the morning. Visitors are allowed in the guest rooms until 11:00 pm when the doors lock, this is for the courtesy of our guests. If the doors are locked at any time, please push the button on the call box and a staff member will be right with you.

Unauthorized Pet/Person Policy
_______ Greenwood Village Inn & Suites reserve the right to charge $250.00 to the guest credit card on file for any unauthorized pets or persons found in the guest room.

Damages Policy
_______ Greenwood Village Inn & Suites reserve the right to charge a per item damage fee to the guest credit card on file for any damages done to Greenwood property. .

Non-Smoking Policy
_______ Greenwood Village Inn & Suites is a 100% Non-Smoking environment. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $250.00 smoking fee and will be charged to the guest card on file.

In Room Party Policy
_______Greenwood Village Inn & Suites enforces a NO IN ROOM PARTY POLICY. This will ensure we can protect our guests as well as our property at all times. One verbal warning will be given if a disturbance occurs to reduce noise. Guest will forfeit all fees and will have to leave the hotel immediately if warning is not followed.

Check-In and Check-Out Times
________ Greenwood Village Inn & Suites guaranteed Check-In time is 3:00 pm and Check-Out time is at 11:00 am.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival than the hotel’s standard check-in or departure later than 11:00 am, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you want to guarantee that you would be able to check into your room upon arrival, we would advise you to reserve the night prior to the date of your arrival. Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk could result in additional charges.

_______ There will be a charge of $50.00 per, for every room key not returned to the front desk.

Payment Policy

Payments need to be paid in full at time of check in.

We will gladly accept your cash payment, however you must have a valid credit card on file in our system, and give a $250 authorization until time of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hours before date of check in.

If you do not show up, without cancellation, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.
