There will be an additional charge for late check-outs;
After 2pm you will be charged for half a day.
After 5pm you will be charged for a full day.

Minimum check-in age is 18.
No cribs (infant beds) available. No rollaway/extra beds available.
Pets not allowed. No smoking.

Quiet time is at 10:30PM. No visitors are permitted after this time.

Due to COVID-19 we are doing things differently.
We do not need a signature at this time, but you still agree to the terms and conditions.

A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation, in addition, this credit card must be present on arrival. A pre-authorization totalling room, tax and a additional $200 deposit will be made to the credit card provided the day of arrival.
Greensboro Inn is pleased to offer a non-smoking facility, should you or a visitor smoke in a room during your stay, a $100.00 charge will be placed on the credit card used to make the reservation.
Lost & found items will be held for 3 months with the exception of undergarments and medications which without immediate reply, will be disposed of immediately.
Greensboro Inn management and staff will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for damages to property, the room, and its contents resulting in a charge placed on the credit card used when making the reservation.
Anyone who damages property or chooses not to follow the policies of Greensboro Inn, will be removed from the property by the authorities, without refund.
Payment Policy
All bookings must be made with a valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.

Upon checkout method of payment can be changed to cash or debit.
If there is any damage to a room after a guest has checked-out a charge will be applied to the credit card used when the reservation was made.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours for all weekday reservations (Sunday to Thursday)
48 hours for weekend reservations
(Friday to Saturday)
