Adults 21 and over.
We are smoke-free hotel, however you are welcome to smoke just outside of the property. $250 charge for anyone smoking in the room or inside the property.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome with a pet fee of $50 per stay . We ask that you keep your dog leashed whilst outside of your room so other guests may enjoy their stay just as much. Please pick up after your pooch and have them do their "business" off property.
$150 per extra guest over allowed room occupancy.
WIFI can be intermittent due to the wind, please understand the establishment has made every effort to enable strong WIFI signal, sometimes we are just at the mercy of mama nature.
Payment Policy
1st nights stay required at time of booking.
Remaining amount due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 7 days prior to your stay a full refund will be issued with the exception of a buyout booking (non refundable).
If cancelled within 7 days of your stay the first nights stay will be collected and the remainder of your stay will be issued as a refund.
If cancelled day of arrival, no refund will be issued and payment for your entire stay will be collected by the hotel.
