Terms & Conditions

Rates are per room, per night and include freshly prepared cooked breakfast.

All bookings are subject to receiving valid card details for the duration of the stay. We will confirm your booking by email. Any bookings without a confirmation from Glenfinnan House Hotel will not be seen as valid.

For group bookings, i.e. 5 rooms or more per party, please contact the hotel directly, as the terms and conditions will vary. We will require full payment for the accommodation 1 month prior to arrival.

Children
Families with children are very welcome in the hotel and we have family suites, a family bedroom and our Jacobite suite available.
It is possible to put an extra z-bed in some of the suites at a rate of £20 per night. We can also put a travel cot for infants up to the age of 2 into some of our bedrooms or suites and we charge a put up charge of £20 for this.

Dogs
We welcome well-behaved and house trained dogs into all of our bedrooms at a charge of £15 per dog per night up to a maximum of £45 per dog per stay. Please note that we do not allow dogs in the Drawing room or restaurant. Please advise the hotel at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog.

Solo Travellers
We do not have single bedrooms in the hotel but welcome solo travellers into all of our bedrooms. We charge £20 less per room, per night for solo travellers.

Payment Policy

In order to confirm your booking, we will require card details. These must be valid for the whole duration of your stay.
We do not accept Diners cards.
Parties wishing to book 5 rooms or more per stay must contact the hotel directly as terms and conditions will be bespoke. The full accommodation amount will have to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that the deposit per room is non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event that a customer or GHH have to cancel the booking due to Covid restrictions or regulations the deposit can be transferred or we can issue a voucher for the amount. No further charges will be made.

Cancelled anytime up to 1 week in advance: £50 administration fee per room (deposit paid)
Cancelled between 1 week & 48hrs in advance: Half room price for the stay booked
Cancelled less than 48hrs in advance: Full charge of the stay booked
