Terms & Conditions

1. ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is the one designated when booking on the GHVacances.com site or by telephone.
Each accommodation belongs to a type of category which depends on its surface area, number of bedrooms, number of showers, equipment present in the property reserved. A reservation is not attached to an accommodation number but to a category. In the event of an over reservation, the customer will be warned of the impossibility of giving a favorable result to his reservation. GHVacances reserves the right to move a reservation to another category of goods with a higher service than that reserved.
2. DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation that is the subject of these presents is a: Mobile home
Located at: Holiday village SIBLU "La Réserve"
1229 avenue Félix Ducournau
40160 GASTES
The details of the service and equipment of the mobile home which is the subject of the reservation are those indicated when booking on the GHVacances.com® site.
The final location is communicated when booking or upon arrival.
In the event that the reserving party wishes a precise location -and subject to availability-, he retains the possibility of contacting us so that GHVacances can accede to his request.
Description of the accommodation
Exhaustive list :
Terrace, kitchen inventory (provided on request), plancha or barbecue, sunbathing, parasol, satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning.
Depending on the category reserved, the customer will also be able to access this equipment:
Dishwasher or 2 showers.
3. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The property is rented for the number of people indicated when booking. The client agrees not to exceed this number without the authorization of the lessor.
The customer must indicate as soon as possible the name, first name and date of birth of the participants in the stay.
In order to access the campsite, the customer will indicate the license plate of the vehicle parked within the time limit of his stay on the plot where his accommodation is located.
4. RENTAL PERIOD
The property is rented for the dates indicated when booking.
Accommodation will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and will be returned on the day of departure by 10 a.m. at the latest.
4.1 Arrival
A few days before the Lessee's arrival, the Lessor's representative will contact the Lessee to make an appointment. The property is only available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. An arrival after this time can be agreed with the representative of the Lessor.
4.2 The start
On the day of arrival or during the stay, the appointment for the departure inventory must be made with the representative of the Lessor according to the time slots still available between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. The Lessor's representative is the only one who can definitively validate this schedule based on other appointments already made.
5. DELIVERY OF THE KEYS
Handing over of the keys to the Lessee on arrival:

6. RENTAL RATE AND CHARGES
The Parties have agreed to set the rent as stated at the time of booking for the entire rental period.
This price includes charges related to the stay such as gas, water, electricity and WiFi in the allocated accommodation.
The "fun pass" allowing access to leisure facilities such as swimming pools and entertainment are not included.
7. RESERVATION
The reservation is made under the conditions as mentioned on the GHVacances.com® site.
8. PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL BALANCE
The payment terms for the stay are those validated when booking.
9. SECURITY DEPOSIT
On the day of entry into the premises.
The Lessee will give the Lessor a check in the amount of 700 Euros payable to the Lessor as a security deposit intended to cover any rental damage. This deposit is not cashed.
Rental damage is understood to include any damage or degradation of the accommodation, as well as damage, loss or theft caused to the movable property furnishing the accommodation, during the rental period.

10. ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-LEASE
This seasonal rental contract is concluded for the benefit of the Tenant who has signed these presents. The transfer of the lease, total or partial subletting, is strictly prohibited.
11. WIFI / INTERNET CONNECTION
This service is provided free of charge in the reserved accommodation.
The connection is subject to the various constraints linked to the good reception of the 4G / lte signal from the tourist area or the weather forecast.
Also, nearby military installations can be a cause of poor reception.
The quality of the connection or equipment problems that have become obsolete and belong to the Lessee cannot be blamed on the Lessor.
No compensation can be claimed for this service if it does not meet the Lessee's request.
12. STATE OF PLAY
12.1 Principle:
The inventory consists of checking upon arrival or departure that the property covered by the rental contract is clean and functional. That the furniture, equipment and sanitary facilities are clean and in good condition for use.
12.2 On arrival:
It is appropriate for those present (Lessee and the representative of the Lessor) to check that the rented property is in a satisfactory state of cleanliness for the stay.
In the event of a possible finding at the time of provision of the property, the Lessee will immediately notify the Lessor, with - as far as possible - sending photos.
The Lessee unconditionally agrees to commit to the document submitted on the day of arrival in order to validate with the representative of the Lessor "the entry inventory".
After 24 hours no observation can be taken into account.
12.3 At the start:
The Lessee and the representative of the Lessor will jointly establish the exit inventory with regard to the items reported on arrival. The good must be returned in the condition in which it was made available on arrival.

12.4 Inventory of fixtures carried out without the presence of the Lessee

13. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE
The Lessee will make peaceful use of the rented accommodation. He will maintain the rented accommodation and make it clean. He must respect the neighborhood, as well as the internal regulations of the holiday village.
He undertakes to make normal and reasonable use of the means of comfort (heating, air conditioning, water, etc.), as well as the equipment (household appliances, multimedia, kitchen, etc.) made available to him.
He is prohibited from making a copy of the keys given by the Lessor.
He undertakes to inform the Lessor as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage, incidents or malfunction.
The Lessee is responsible for the use of the internet access made available to him during the rental period.
13.1 Charges:
Charges such as the supply of electricity and gas are included in the service. The lessee undertakes to make good use of these resources and will notify the lessor of any malfunction or anomalies that he notices.

13.b Gas:
The lessee will benefit from the gas supply for the entire duration of his stay without affecting the amount of the reservation. It will immediately notify the lessor if it is necessary in the in the event that this supply is lacking.
The lessee is not entitled to order this resource directly, except in an emergency.
14. PETS
Only the presence of a dog is allowed if it does not fall under categories 1 or 2 or of the following breeds: Neapolitan Mastiff, Japanese Akita. The animal must have a document justifying that its vaccines are up to date. A photo of the dog is requested when booking. The dog must be kept on a leash at all times.
Checks can be carried out by SIBLU personnel.
The droppings must be collected and disposed of at the various collection points in the village.
15. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR
The Lessor undertakes to maintain the rental covered by this contract in a satisfactory state of maintenance, cleanliness and safety. He undertakes to notify the Lessee as soon as possible of any modification beyond his control likely to modify the comfort or disturb the enjoyment of the rented property (nuisance, breakdown of equipment, etc.). In the event that a device or material having a major influence on the comfort of the Lessee should fail, the Lessor undertakes to implement the means allowing repair or replacement as soon as possible.
He must ensure that the Lessee benefits from full and complete enjoyment of the leased property over the period. He will take care of the handing over of the keys. He will refrain from disturbing the comfort or the tranquility of the Lessee during the duration of the stay.
16. CANCELLATION

17. INSURANCE
The Lessee indicates that he has insurance covering rental risks.
A copy of the "Resort Liability" insurance policy is required before entering the premises.
18. TERMINATION
In the event that the Lessee breaches any of its contractual obligations, this lease will be terminated automatically. This termination will take effect after a period of 48 hours after a simple summons by registered letter or letter delivered by hand that has remained unsuccessful.
19. HOME
For the execution of these presents, the Lessor and the Lessee elect domicile in their respective domiciles, indicated at the heading hereof. However, in the event of a dispute, the court of the domicile of the Lessor shall have sole jurisdiction. This agreement is subject to French law.
20. INTERNAL RULES OF THE CAMPSITE 2021
All persons booking with GHVacances® are required to respect the internal rules of the campsite. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in the termination of this contract without possible reimbursement.
