Ghost Lake Lodge
Ghost Lake Lodge is one of the oldest historic resorts still in operation in the Hayward Lakes area of Wisconsin. Built on the south shore of Ghost Lake in 1935. It is located inside the Chequamegon National Forest that covers more the 850,000 acres. The Chequamegon is a special place that also happens to be home to a thriving Elk population. Elk were first reintroduced to the area in 1995 and sometimes even make their way through the resort. Ghost Lake is also part of Wisconsins only 'Quiet Lakes'. This means a true peace and quiet, no speed boats or jet skis disturbing the peace. The Quiet Lakes have a 10 mile per hour speed limit, which offers a unique experience if you are looking for a day on the lake fishing or in a canoe without having to share the water with other lake activities. Terms & Conditions
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a small lodge and any change to an existing reservation will have an affect on the reservation of other potential guests who would like to stay with us.
It is important that all guests be aware that we have reserved the cabin specifically for you.
Credit cards accepted for deposits or final payment. We have a 3% cash discount incentive built into our pricing. Payments made with a credit card will not receive the cash discount and an adjustment in cost will be displayed on your receipt.
We cannot be responsible for late arrivals, early checkouts, change of plans or rain. That means that you can change your plans or have your plans changed by extenuating circumstances but you are responsible to pay for them. If we can re rent your cabin at the same rate, your deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for changes of reservations or cancellations made after April Fool's Day.
For security reasons outside visitors will not be allowed. All lodge facilities, including swimming pool, are for REGISTERED guests only.
Due to limited dock space, one personal boat will be allowed per cabin.
Check in time: 4:00 pm, due to extra cleaning for Covid19
Check out time: 9:00 am
Three night minimum stay, 6 night minimum in high season.
Weekly rates start on Saturdays.
Other arrangements may be made when possible.
Payment Policy
$300 deposit per cabin
Deposits will be by credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-book cabin at the same rate. No refunds will be issued for any changes or cancellations made after April Fools Day.
