IMPORTANT NOTE!
-Face-Mouth-Masks are mandatory in all common areas inside of the main house at all time. No exceptions. If you fail to comply with this rule will kindly ask you to leave the hostel.
-A valid ID or passport will be requested for each guest checking in. Driving licenses, copies or other documents won't be accepted.
-No under 18 years old accepted. You will be refused accommodation and will be charged the first night of your reservation.
-No groups bigger than 8 persons will be accepted. If you book we will have the right to cancel the reservation and we will apply the cancellation fees. Please get in touch with us for further information.
-No bachelors parties accepted.
-We are a hostel with a young spirit and thought for young travelers. We think age is just a mental state. Book here if you feel young and want to live an incredible hostel experience.
Check-in time is 16:00H. If you arrive before you are more than welcome to leave your things in our luggage room and enjoy our gardens and pool.
Check out: You most do your check out before 11 am. You can use the common areas until 2pm after check out, if you want to stay longer using all our services 10€ will be charge per person.
-You can leave your luggage with us after check out is done.
-There is no curfew and no lockout all we ask you is to be respectful with other guests.
-Free parking spaces available next to the hostel.
-Smoking inside the building, bungalows or any of the rooms is not allowed, breaking this rule will result in 100€ fine and expulsion.
QUIET TIME: After 12 am no noise of any kind is allowed in the hostel, please allow the other guests to rest.
Payment Policy
To confirm your booking you will have to enter a valid credit card data as a deposit.
We won't charge anything unless you cancel after 72h before your arrival date or don't show up.
If you prefer other options let us know, we have a PayPal account or you can make us a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
This property has a 72H cancellation policy before the arrival date if you booked through Hostelworld or Booking.com. If you booked directly with us (Website, email, phone..) is 24 hours. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
