Terms & Conditions
Take good care of your accommodation and all furnishings. If anything is ever wrong with your accommodation, please notify us via whats app or at the front door. We are always happy to help.
Check in times are between 15.00 until 10.00 After hours check in times can be arranged with the owners in advance . Check out is until 10.00 Exceptions can be made to these times with advanced notice to the owners and may incur a small fee.
The entire interior of the guest accommodation is NON-SMOKING and this is without exception. There is a 250EUR cleaning fine if you are smoking inside the accommodation. There are many smoking places provided in all outdoor areas of the guest accommodation and pool areas.
If you wish to cook in your accommodation, you must use the ventilation fan that is above the cooktop. It exhausts the air to the outside and helps keep the rooms fresh.
All keys and gate keys must be returned when leaving the accommodation. Not returning keys will forfeit your 80 EUR deposit.
Kindly respect other guests , hot tub use is prohibited after 22.00. Children must be supervised at all times when in the pool areas.
At checkout your room will be inspected before your 100 EUR cash deposit is returned. If there are exceptional damages to the room, missing remote controls, any missing items the room has been equipped with, or extra demands for the cleaning staff, we will discuss these rates with you in a reasonable manner and provide you an invoice for immediate payment. You also agree that we have the right to charge your credit card, or collect from you by any means necessary, for additional fees if you do not show up at check out

25% deposit taken on booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid in cash or by card on the first day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
