COVID-19 Protocols:
The State of MA reopens on 5/29/21. Mask wearing and social distancing protocols apply only to NON-VACCINATED persons at this time.

Arrivals
Abbreviated STAFFED Office hours effective 10/1/21 - Based on your Arrival time we may arrange a Late Check-in Package for your arrival. Please call our Office at 978-768-6800 or Email us at Office@Sheasriverside Inn & Motel with your ARRIVAL TIME for Check-in PRIOR to you your Check-in Date. Thank you.
At least 1 member of your travel group must be 21 years of age and present ID at Check-in.

Reservation: It is up to the discretion of Shea's Riverside Inn & Motel Mgmt. to move a guest reservation to a different room than booked, for any reason. Room will be of equal or greater value if this occurs Guest will not incur any additional fee.

Cancel Policy
Guests who cancel their reservations within 7 days of arrival check -in date will be charged for one night's room stay fee for each room booked. Early departure from stay, for any reason, fall within cancellation policy 7-day period.

Accessibility
Regrettably, due to the historic nature of our property, we do not offer wheelchair accessible rooms. If you use an assistive device, other than a wheelchair, please call our office to discuss room options to see if the room you selected will meet your personal needs.

PETS
NO DOGS or CATS allowed in INN and MOTEL for the 2021/2022 Season. !!!!!

Housekeeping: NON-VACCINATED Guests must wear a Mask when outside your Room and on Property when social distancing cannot be maintained. For the safety of Guests and Staff, there will be no "Stay Over" Service during your stay for 2021.
To ensure proper sanitary measures are adhered to, we ask that each morning you put outside your room door, any trash bags for us to dispose of, as well as trash bag(s) of wet towels. (Extra Trash bags are provided for you in the trash receptacles in your room.)
Fresh new towels will be placed outside your room only when you turn in wet or dirty towels.
Housekeeping service for this is only provided till 1:00 p.m.
Please report any issues or other needs with your room to the Front Desk Staff in the Office.

Lost & Found: Any items found in rooms after check out will be turned into our Lost & Found. Guest can contact the Office to arrange return. Any Items not claimed after 30 days will be discarded.

Bicycles and Large Sporting Equipment
Bicycles and large sporting equipment may not be stored in guest rooms. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $50 which will be assessed to the credit card on file. Bicycles and sporting equipment must be stored on your personal vehicle. Shea’s Riverside Inn & Motel will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damage bicycles or sporting equipment. Owners store these items at their own risk.

Fire Prevention
No Grills/Hibachis'/Candles or any other grilling or burning devices are allowed on property or in Rooms, on Decks, or Beach area.

Internet
We offer free WIFI throughout the property. We do our best to ensure constant access however, connectivity issues may occur from time to time.

Key Return at Check-out and Lost Keys
When Checking-Out, return keys to the Front Desk or, put Keys in the Black Mailbox outside of the Inn/Motel OFFICE DOOR. Thank you.
A $50 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if room key isn’t returned at check-out. This charge will be refunded if the key is returned to Shea’s Riverside Inn & Motel within 30 days.

Non-Smoking
All rooms in Shea’s Riverside Inn & Motel are smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in any room/decks/patio/beach are on the property. A fee of no less than $150 and up to $300 will be assessed for smoking in any guestroom. Please ask the Front Desk for location of designated outdoor smoking areas.

Alcohol: You are welcome to bring your own Alcoholic beverages with, and enjoy on the Property. WE provide NO ICE between Nov. 1 and Apr. 30

Room Capacity:
Guests are not allowed to exceed the declared room capacity on your Reservation and Room Occupancy maximum.. No floor sleepers are permitted. Roll-away beds are not available. We do not provide Roll-away Cots, or Blow up mattresses.

Parking - NO Boat/Trailer parking. No Car with trailer parking.
1 parking space is provided free of charge. IF you have multiple vehicles you will need to park a vehicle on Main St. or in the Town Municipal Lot on Martin St.

Payment Policy

Shea's Riverside Inn & Motel requires a credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until your scheduled arrival.

Upon arrival you may elect to pay for your stay with the credit card on file, with cash or with any other Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card of your choosing. Checks are not an accepted method of payment.

IF your arrival time is scheduled for after Staffed Office Hours, please call us prior to your scheduled check-in date so we can arrange with you, a "Late Check-in Package" for your convenience.
