Thank you for choosing to stay at the Emerald Valley Inn!

Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am.

The inn's office hours are from 7am - 9pm daily.

We have a contactless check-in process that allows you access to your room without personally checking-in at our front porch desk! The day before your arrival date, we will send a text to the phone number of record for your reservation. This text will come from the phone number (360) 342-9628. If we do not have your cell phone number in your reservation details, please contact us with it so that we may provide for you a quick and easy self-check-in process.

If we obtain everything we need via this process, the check-in instructions will be sent, and if applicable, we will text you an access code for your space. This code will become active at 3pm on your check-in date and expire on your check-out date. If you have booked a tent site, instructions on how to find it will be sent (access code is not applicable).

Please fill out the information as quickly as possible before you arrive for maximum time efficiency, as this process is not automated and will have to be approved by us first before the code or instructions are sent. If you've already arrived and have not filled it out beforehand, it will be faster to come on down to the office's registration desk on the front porch of the red house to register in person there.

Please be aware that after 9pm, the desk is not staffed, and there will be no one to assist you personally. Pre-registration information will not be processed if sent to us after 9pm on your arrival date.

After you pre-register using the online process aforementioned, you are free to access your room with your access code at any time after 3pm on your scheduled check-in date.

Early check-ins are not available without prior arrangements.

P O L I C I E S:

-NO PETS: We have a firm no pets policy. Pets are not allowed in the inn rooms or Guesthouse. A $75 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED for any violation.

-Dogs are permitted at tent sites only (up to 2 dogs per site) and they must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.

-NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is permitted in any of the inn rooms or Guesthouse. Smoking is only allowed in outside designated areas only. A $75 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED for inside smoking.

-Smoking is allowed at the tent sites.

-NO CANDLES: Use of candles inside of the inn rooms and Guesthouse are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards.

-Electric/gas griddles, portable electric/gas stoves, hot plates, or any other type of cooking apparatus, other than the included microwave, are not permitted in the inn rooms and suites (this does not include the Guesthouse).

-We do not provide cots, playpens, or roll-away beds.

-If you reserved a tent site, you must bring your own tent, as we do not have any onsite. Trailers and RVs are not permitted. Car and van camping are allowed only at tent sites T5, T6, and T7. Nearby parking is provided for all other tent sites. Car/van camping is not allowed at T1, T2, T3, and T4 (no exceptions please).

-Additional occupants above the maximum occupancy for each room type or tent site is prohibited unless approved by us. With the exception of children, additional fees will be incurred per occupant per night over the max occupancy specified for each room type.

Locally renowned Granny's Cafe is on-site serving up delicious comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Be sure to try their popular soft-serve ice cream and blackberry pie. Please check the Granny's Cafe website at grannyscafe.net for information on seasonal hours and weekly closure days.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit of the total stay cost, including tax, is due at time of booking. The balance of your stay cost will be collected at any time within the 30-day, non-refundable cancellation window.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of the deposit will be issued if your reservation is cancelled outside of a 30-day window of the scheduled check-in date. Inside of this 30-day window, the full cost of the booking, including tax, is non-refundable.
