Welcome to the Reservations tab for the Elka Park Club Lodge!
There are 8 lodge rooms available to cottage members, their guests and the general public starting on the Memorial Day weekend Thursday, May 27th through Columbus Day weekend, Monday, October 11th. Please note that the Elka Club bar and restaurant is available exclusively to Elka Park Cottage owners and their guests and Elka Park seasonal club members. Terms & Conditions
No-smoking Policy: Elka Park Lodge rooms are smoke free.
Occupancy Limits: Four people (combination of adults and children) per room.
Damage Policy: Guests are liable for damage they, their guests, or their pets cause to our property whether accidentally, negligently or intentionally. We reserve the right to charge guests the costs to repair or replace damaged, missing or lost property occurring during your stay.
Your nightly rate includes normal cleaning. If excessive cleaning is required, an extra charge may be incurred.
Payment Policy
Whether you reserve your lodge room(s) on-line or by calling (518) 589-5800, a deposit equal to one night’s stay is required. If paying by check, then please make payable to Elka Park Club LLC and mail to Elka Park Club, P.O. Box 147, Elka Park, NY 12427. Reservations will be confirmed after we receive your deposit. If paying by credit card, we will charge the deposit against the credit card submitted. Credit card information is deleted automatically, (7) days after departure. At the end of stay, guests can pay the balance of their invoice by cash, check, or credit card.
***A "return check" fee will be charged for any payments returned.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation but, if we cannot re-book the room(s), you will lose your deposit. Finally, if you shorten your stay you will be responsible for the full reservation period.
