Smoking is not allowed in rooms, failure to comply will result in a $250 cleaning penalty.
No Pets.
Beach chairs, towels, linens and kitchenware are provided to guests as a courtesy and inappropriate use or loss may result in a deposit charge.
Payment Policy
The value of the first night will be charged as a deposit to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel two weeks prior to check-in to receive full deposit refund.
Cancellations received within two weeks of checkin date will be charged full amount of reservation booking total.
No refunds for early departures.
We have no control over the weather. With the exception of a hurricane warning issued for the immediate area, there are no refunds do to weather related events.
