All rooms at E'Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat are non-smoking.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival) Early Check-in time is available upon request as rooms may not be available until after E'Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat designated check-in time.

During normal Check-In time the keys will be handed over to you after payment and administration. Special arrangements for key collection should be made for early and late arrivals. For late arrivals your key and details will be available on the desk just inside the main front door (to your left as you drive up). Please feel free to enter as the main door will be unlocked.

Check-out time is 11:00am. The replacement cost of lost room key is $30.00 + tax. The replacement cost of broken crystal wine glass is $20.00/each + tax. There will be a charge for excessive towels and linens damage or soiling beyond reuse.

Minimum age to register: 21

All standard rates are based on 2 guests occupancy.

The Gate Code provided to you is for your personnel use and is not intended to be shared with anyone else unless prior arrangements have been agreed by E’Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat.

Our property is for guests. If you plan to have a vendor perform a service at E’Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat we recommend you check with us first for approval before booking. We reserve the right to deny Vendors access to the property without prior E’Laysa management approval.

E'Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat is Pet Free unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

By making a reservation at E'Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat, guests agree that they have read and understood the payment and cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call E'Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat.

Payment Policy

All prices are listed in CDN Dollar.

We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery.

Your credit card is charged 50% of the total cost at time of purchase if booked directly with E'Laysa. E'Laysa reserves the right to charge 100% for third party booking engines. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until a minimum of 50% of stay payment is received.

Room rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for rollaway beds, cribs, or extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation.

The price shown DOES NOT include any applicable Guesthouse service fees, charged for optional incidentals such as snacks or telephone calls. E'Laysa Guesthouse and Vineyard Retreat will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out. This charge is in addition to the room rate quoted and is not a government imposed charge.

Cancellation Policy

Guests cancelling a reservation prior to two weeks in advance of arrival date will be charged one (1) night’s rate, per room reserved plus all applicable taxes. If Guests are booked to change rooms the one (1) night’s rate charged will be based on the higher room rate.

Guests canceling within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the total cost of the room, or rooms, reserved plus all applicable taxes.

Guests adjusting reservation dates within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the total cost of the room, or rooms reserved at the time of the adjustment, plus all applicable taxes.

Guests leaving rooms reserved early after the arrival, will be charged for the total cost of the room, or rooms, reserved, plus all applicable taxes.

No-shows on check-in date will be charged the total cost of the of the room, or rooms reserved plus all applicable taxes, and the reservation will be cancelled.

Reservations booked on third party websites including, and without limitation, Expedia.com, Hotwire.com, Priceline.com, Orbitz.com, Booking.com, Travelocity.com, CTrip.com, Elong.com, etc CANNOT be cancelled or modified on our websites or by speaking with any of our reservation associates. Please contact your original booking source for modifications to these types of bookings. The E'Laysa guesthouse cancellation policy applies and overrides any promises made to guests by 3rd party booking groups that have not been agreed in writing with E'Laysa management.

In the case of government imposed travel bans FOR THE DATE OF YOUR STAY, we will issue a credit for a future date. Again, we recommend you take out travel insurance should you be worried that you cannot honour your reservation.
