Terms & Conditions
The contract between us for the provision of your room and any additional services is formed when you receive the email booking confirmation from us. If you think that there is a mistake in your reservation or if you require any changes to a confirmed reservation, please call us on (01971) 502080 or write to us at info@eddrachilles.com.
Group bookings—five or more rooms—are subject to their own terms and conditions.
You may not smoke anywhere in the Hotel; we provide designated smoking areas outside the building. If you have smoked in your room, we shall charge a £100 special cleaning fee.
Payment Policy
The deposit to secure a booking is £100.
Full payment of the remaining charges is due upon checking out.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club and JCB cards; we do not accept American Express cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Our bank details are: Royal Bank of Scotland, sort code 83–23–10, account number 16752080, IBAN GB36RBOS83231016752080.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit to secure a booking is £100.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than four weeks before the check-in date, we shall return your deposit less a £10 administration fee.
If you decide to cancel your reservation within four weeks of the check-in date, we shall retain your deposit.
If we are unable to trade as a result of government Covid restrictions, we shall refund your deposit in full.
In all cases we shall offer to hold over your deposit for a future booking, at no charge.
For no-shows, cancellations or curtailments on or the day before arrival, we also reserve the right to charge 100% of the original booking unless we can re-let the room(s).
