Terms & Conditions
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. All rates are based on two (2) person occupancy. There is no daily in-room cleaning or service. Rates are subject to 14.45% Room occupancy tax. Guests traveling with pets will be charged a fee of $40 per day per pet. There will be a $25 fee applied if your room key is lost during your stay.
Payment Policy
Reservation is only guaranteed after credit card deposit has been processed. Declined or invalid credit card number will result in cancellation of reservation.
DEPOSIT POLICY
For all reservations, one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
East Harbour Motel & Cottages must be notified in writing seven (7) days prior to arrival for full refund. Any reservation cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to arrival will be charged a 25% processing fee. No refund for early departure or cancellation the day of reservation.
