By staying at The Chalets, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Our property has a policy of No Smoking in or around the buildings, including patios and balconies. If there is evidence of smoking in these areas, a fee of $300 will be added to your room charge. There are designated smoking areas in front of the Chalets, and in the back garden area near the fire pit. Please call us if you would like additional directions to the designated smoking areas.
Pets are not allowed on the property. Registered service dogs will be accepted in the rooms, but must be accompanied by their handlers at all times. Service dogs must be declared when making a reservation. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged if pets or undeclared service animals are in a hotel room.
Cannabis products of any type are strictly prohibited at the resort. A fee of $2000 (two thousand dollars) will be charged if there is any evidence of cannabis in the rooms, patios, balconies or surrounding area. This includes possession of cannabis products, smoking, vaping, edibles and any other hemp, marijuana, or hashish products.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late so we can accommodate you. Check out time is 11:00am. You do not need to contact the resort office upon check out -- just leave your key card in the room, and shut the door.
Please be considerate of other guests by observing quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
The Talon Grill restaurant hours are: Thursday - Sunday 11:00 am till 8 pm. The Talon Grill is closed Monday - Wednesday. The phone number is 541-826-4857.

Free parking is available to all our overnight guests. Please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage and/or unusual cleaning or the removal of items from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy.
Between 48 hours and 24 hours: 50% of room charge.
24 hours or less: 100% of room charge.
