Our rooms are non-smoking. This includes medicinal marijuana. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in any room are subject to a $250.00 charge for returning the room to a smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Free parking and complimentary banana bread to all our overnight guests.

Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to credit card on file. These include, but are not limited to, remote controls, bathrobes, linens, towels, pillows, decor items, hair dryers, alarm clocks, blanket throws,etc. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the rooms or the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

We do not charge a pet deposit. By accepting this policy, you agree that you will be responsible for any damage or loss to any item in the room and for any extra or unusual cleaning. If your pet has an accident, please ask for cleaning supplies immediately.

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur the actual charge of the shipping box and shipping charges. USPS charges $7.50 for COD, in addition to the shipping charges. Please allow up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this,please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value prior to your departure.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes and includes complimentary banana bread. Reservations made directly with us are confirmed by payment of your 1st night. We know sometimes plans change. As long as you give us at least a 24 hour notice of your intent to cancel, then the first night is 100% refundable. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance. Again, as long as you give us at least a 24 hour notice, your reservation is 100% refundable. In the event that you do not cancel at least 24 hours before, you will be charged for the first night, and refunded for any additional nights. A valid ID must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used to reserve online.

We are a small independent business, and cancellations affect us greatly. We will do our utmost to work with you in the event that you must cancel your reservation. We just ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice, so that we may have an opportunity to let the room to another guest.

The earliest check in time is 3:00pm and the check out time is 11:00am. We appreciate your booking, and as always, Safe Travels.
