Terms & Conditions
Check-in time is 4:00pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11:00am. The Front Office is open 9:00 am - 6:00 pm seven days a week. Please let us know ahead of time your arrival time. If it is after 6:00pm we will explain the after hours check in process.
Our property is NON-SMOKING. If you are found to be in violation of this you will be assessed a $200 fee.
Parking is available to all registered overnight guests.
Property is dog-friendly. Cats are not allowed. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in room.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check-out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, hairdryers, coffee makers, etc. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Payment Policy
Rates are based on double occupancy and includes Wifi and Cable TV.
A valid ID must be presented onsite at time of check in along with a credit card for incidentals.
Once the room is paid REFUNDS WILL NOT be given under any circumstances. Regardless of whether the guests departs early.
Our property accepts most credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash* are accepted. *Cash payments must also have a valid credit card on file for incidentals.
Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival for a full refund. Multi-room reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made within the guaranteed time period will be charged 100%.
The McAllister Inn & Steakhouse is a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if your plans change.
