PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT CHECK IN. THE BALANCE MAY BE PAID BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD. SORRY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

• Queen Suites, Villa Suites, 1 bedroom Suites: CHECK-IN: 2 PM; CHECK-OUT: 11 AM
• ALL 2 and 3-BR Suites & Cottages: CHECK-IN: 3 PM; CHECK-OUT 10 AM
• Penthouse Suite: CHECK-IN: 4 PM; CHECK-OUT: 12 noon.

• PARKING: One parking space per unit in the main parking lot. Two parking spaces included in the rate for larger units: M3, M5, M7, C7, C8 & Penthouse Suite. The 2nd parking space may be in the main lot or secondary lot. Additional parking spaces may be available, yet, is not guaranteed - please make requests with your reservation or at check-in and there is a $10 per night charge for extra parking spaces.

HOUSEKEEPING: ***UPDATE and CHANGED for 2020 and 2021 seasons. Due to the COVID-19 situation, to take extra precautions for our guests and staff, we have suspended housekeeping services during a guests stay. Staff will no longer enter a guest's room during a stay. Towel exchange service will still occur. Guests have the option of placing towels in the basket outside their unit door and trash can be tied outside the unit door or disposed of in the dumpster. Staff will make rounds every few hours between 8AM-11PM to check for towel service and perform disinfecting of outside surfaces. If a guest desires a change of bed linen during their stay, please place the bed linen in the basket outside of the unit door and a staff member will take the linen and bring clean linen in a bag for you to make the bed with. If a guest desires something in the suite to be cleaned during their stay they can speak to staff in the office and staff can offer cleaning products for guests use as needed or in certain circumstances our staff will do the cleaning inside of the unit. We apologize for this change and limited housekeeping services during your stay but this is to minimize the number of people in guest rooms during their stay. Between stays we have a very thorough cleaning and disinfectant process for housekeeping staff to follow to prepare rooms for each guest's arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

OFFICE HOURS: Onsite staff are available 24 hours/day. You can also call 207-934-2514 (or 207-730-3193) for assistance.
**Changes for 2020-2021 seasons: To institute social distancing, we ask that only 1 guest from the same family enter the office at a time. Any other members of that family that wish to say hello, and we wish to do to you, please wave and say hello from the outside and through the windows or doorway. All other guests please wait outside the office, away from the door, until guests leave the office. Thank you for your understanding.

* KITCHEN ITEMS are provided for your convenience. Please clean any items used prior to your departure.

* GRILLS AND GRILL TOOLS are also provided for your convenience. Please turn the tank on and off after use and Please be respectful and clean grill and tools after use for the next guest to use.

* POOL HOURS: 9 AM – 10 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please no glass in pool area.

* NOISE POLICY: Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise at a reasonable level especially in the evening and early morning. We have quiet hours between 11PM-8AM. Guests continuously making excessive noise may be asked to leave or be removed from the premises.

* All of Beach Villa’s suites and pool area are NON-SMOKING. Evidence of smoking of any kind inside unit will result in a $250.00 charge. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground - Ashtrays are available at the office. Smoking of marijuana is not allowed anywhere on the property and guests may be asked to leave if this is done. Thank you for your understanding.

** PETS are NOT allowed from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Monday, Labor Day. ** Otherwise (prior to the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day, pets are allowed yet, only in specific suites. Please inform us prior to your arrival if a pet will be travelling with you. A $25 per night pet fee will be charged at check-in.

By signing the check-in registration document, guest agrees to the following: I understand the policies stated above and I authorize the Beach Villa Motel & Cottages to debit my Credit or Debit card (on file) for any additional charges incurred during the stay listed above.

Payment Policy

30% deposit, minimum $50 required at time of booking. Balance due at check-in by cash or credit card. Sorry, personal checks are not allowed at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

30-day cancellation notice required for all 2 and 3 bedroom units and 60 day cancellation required for 4 bedroom Penthouse unit to receive deposit (minus a $100.00 cancellation fee).

7-day cancellation notice for Villa Suites
to receive deposit (minus a $25.00 cancellation fee).

Failure to comply with cancellation policy will result in no refund on deposit.

***If a guest needs to cancel their reservation at any time prior to arrival due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or symptoms, any cancellation fee or deposit held can be used as a credit towards a future stay.
