All dishes and cookware are there for your convenience. Please wash all dishes and cookware before you leave.
Please do not clean fish in the condos because of the smell and septic system.
Payment Policy
Your lodging package must be paid for at the time of booking to hold your reservation
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible.
All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved.
If Cancelled there is a minimum fee of 5% to cover processing charges:
90+ days before your stay - 95% refund
89 - 60 days - 90%
59 - 30 days before your stay - 75% refund
29 - 15 days - 50% refund
14 days or less - 0% refund
