Below are the hotel policies and procedures, please read them carefully.
As our hotel guests, by reading and your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website and/or Booking|Expedia etc. You are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

Effective as of January 1st 2020
We have added a dead-bolt lock to all of our units for security purposes on the bottom door handle. * ONLY MANAGEMENT HAS KEY ACCESS TO BOTTOM LOCK *
Your room key WILL NOT open the bottom lock; just the top lock. We advise that you please do not lock bottom lock when leaving room, only if your unit is occupied. We updated our locking system so that our guests at night can feel more secure with a dead-bolt key that only management has access to.

Age restrictions:
- Must be 18 years or older.

Check-in policy:
- Check-in time is 4 P.M. - 11 P.M. (Eastern time and also not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). Please contact the front office at your earliest convenience to see the status of your room.
- Check-out time is anytime before 11am (Eastern time)

For a late check-out or a early check-in these options are available to choose from upon making a reservation. Please contact the front office before 10am (Eastern time) on the day of arrival. A charge will be applied, For early check-in the charge will be $30.00 plus tax. For late check-out the charge will be $30.00 plus tax. The latest check-out is 1pm (Eastern time) The earliest check-in time is 2pm (Eastern time)

Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. Daytona Shores Inn and Suites will make an effort to honor special requests (such as a specific room number) upon your arrival. However, the availability of your the rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.

The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with our hotel policies.
Internet: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation policy:
- You must cancel 14 days prior to your reservation in order to receive your 1 nights deposit back in full.If you cancel within the 14 day period or you fail to check-in to the hotel on time you forfeit the 1 night deposit and the room reservation.

Stained linens/property policy:
- All items in room are accounted for including kitchenware (bowls, plates, cups, silverware etc.) YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE IF ANYTHING IS STOLEN/BROKEN OR STAINED LINENS (towels, washcloths, pillowcases, sheets etc.)

Pet policy:
- $50.00 per pet per stay (any dogs 40lbs or up). $30.00 for any dogs under 40lbs. Non-refundable. All dogs must be kept on leash and you must pick up after them. A extra fee will be charged to your card if anything has been ruined in the room. You are accountable for your pet. Service dogs are free of charge with proof/documentation.

Parking policy:
- Parking on site is allowed but subjected to availability. We share public parking with the beach on our beach approach building and limited parking on our other building located across the street. If you have more than 1 vehicle per room please call the front office for arrangements.

Deposit policy:
- 1 night will be charged on the day of booking to secure the room. The remainder of the reservation will be charged upon arrival.

After office hours(11 pm-9 am) please call the front office number (386-788-7107) or ring the door bell next to front office door. We have staff that live on site and is here to help you 24/7.

Children and extra bed policy:
- All children are welcome. All children under the age of 18 stay at free of charge when using existing beds.
- All other children (18 or above) or adults are charged US $10.00 per person per night when using existing beds.
- Extra beds are not available. Children cots/cribs are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

No in-room party policy:(Zero tolerance)
We enforce a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

Grill policy: You are welcome to use the grills onsite by signing this you and your guests agree to hold the hotel harmless should there be an issue. Please turn the gas off on the tank after each use.

Payment Policy

Deposit policy:
1 night will be charged 14 days prior to reservation to secure the room. The remainder of the reservation will be charged upon arrival.
2. you will be charged an extra cleaning fee if necessary (if room is dirty beyond average) or if you smoke in the room.
3. you will be charged for any stained linens that cannot be cleaned. wifi password- 2015florida.
4. There are no refunds, all monetary transactions are final.
