This is an ADULT ONLY Resort. 19 and over
Early arrival and late checkout can usually be arranged with advanced notice.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED EXCEPT OUR THREE ONSITE DOGS.
Late arrivals after 6:00 PM must make special arrangements as we do not have full time front desk staff.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING. You can smoke on your deck outside.

Payment Policy

Partial payment of 50 percent may be taken at time of booking. We may choose to wait until 60 days before your arrival and take full payment at that time. All rooms must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation 60 days before arrival will receive 85 percent refund.
Cancellations after 61 days will be given the opportunity to rebook at a later date . No refunds will be given after 61 days!
