Terms & Conditions

Reservations require a two-night minimum.
You must secure your reservation with a major credit card to hold your accommodations at the given current rate. Rates are subject to change.
We do not accept checks and we do not allow for multiple credit cards to be used for paying accommodations booked under one person/company name.
48 hours after booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the full booking amount will be charged to the credit card on file. The difference will be due at check-in.
To avoid paying a non-refundable deposit, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the deposit and nights not spent, are not refunded.
Any food, drinks or alcohol must be paid for separately unless otherwise noted.
Turn down services and additional towels and linens are available upon request.
House rules:
We have quiet hours from 10:00pm-6:00am. Please be mindful of other guests who may be sleeping.
Please do not wear golf shoes of any kind inside the buildings, even if they are soft spikes.
Smoking is not permitted inside any building. We charge a $150 a night cleaning fee for violations.
We do not accept pets to stay at our club. We charge a $150 a night cleaning fee for violations.
Excessively dirty suites, cottages, or condos will be charged $150 a night cleaning fee. If you need trash service during your stay, please call Concierge to schedule pick up, free of charge.
Check-in policy:
Check-in time is 3:00pm on your scheduled arrival date. You will need to register each guest staying in your suite, cottage, or condo. We cannot guarantee your room to be ready before 3:00pm. Early check-ins must be approved and is free of charge, if the room is available and clean.
Check-out policy:
Check-out is 11:00am on your scheduled departure date. Late check-outs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on room availability and housekeeping. We reserve the right to 20% of your nightly rate for late check-out.
Key policy:
All our suites, cottages, and condos use physical keys. A lost key fee of $25 per key will be charged if all keys distributed at check-in are not returned at check-out.

Golf:
If you will be enjoying golf on your visit and have at least a two-night accommodation rental, we will discount your golf price from $150 per person to just $90 per person. You will pay for your golf at the golf shop at the time of your arrival.

Your Golf experience can be booked through the golf shop to access available tee times. Our Accommodations Team cannot guarantee that you will be able to play golf unless your tee times are confirmed.

Saturday tee times will be given around the demand of member play. Large groups should expect mid-late AM starts, and especially so if they’re needed concurrently. Replays are only $24(cart fee) and are subject to availability.

All guests are required to adhere to the same policies as our members. This includes: Proper Etiquette and Course Care (sanding divots, repairing ball marks and observing cart traffic signs/posts); following the Dress Code (shirts tucked, no cut-offs or denim, and hats worn forward facing – as well as other private club standards); and lastly, a pace of play standard set for Currahee Club of no more the 4.5 hours. Failure to adhere to any of the following may result in loss of golf privileges without refund.

No rain checks or refunds once a round has begun. Weather apps can/should provide each player with the information he/she needs to justify starting and/or continuing a round of golf. Furthermore, it is each player’s responsibility to exercise caution and safety during dangerous weather conditions; and Currahee Club is not responsible for players remaining on the course in these conditions.

We encourage all players to view our course scorecard online and select a tee most appropriate with your skill level. Currahee Club is a beautiful, supremely well-manicured property, incredibly undulating, and a true test of golf. Playing an appropriate tee will provide you an optimal experience.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or postponement is subject to our cancellation policy. We do not guarantee rates when rescheduling a reservation.
