• All rentals are subject to a 9% State Tax
• All Rooms are non-smoking and do not allow pets ( Smoking is designated on the front lawn near the Adirondack Chairs)
• Check-Out time is 10AM. Check-In is 3PM
• Linens and Towels are provided upon arrival. We do not offer housekeeping or laundry service throughout your stay.
• Rentals do not include maid service.
• Reservations for nightly rentals require a two-night minimum stay. (Only upon availability)
• Guests are responsible for putting down their umbrellas during windy conditions and should be lowered when guest is not present.
• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Payment Policy
Weekly reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Because of the seasonal nature of the business, weekly reservations are paid in advance and all funds are non refundable.
