Terms and conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
All bookings require a credit/debit card guarantee.
Payment before arrival is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please note that key cards to access the property will be given upon arrival. The property will contact you after booking to provide information about accessing the property in case of absence of the owner.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT:
Please contact the landlord Edwin Kornman Rudi at least 1 days prior to your arrival to arrange the check in and to confirm your flight arrival details.
The check in will be made at the office where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.
Check in available from 13:30 pm - > pm.
Check out before 11:30 am.
CHILDREN/ EXTRA BEDS:
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel (14+)
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Crane Hotel Faralda is not a regular hotel. Terms and Conditions and the Manual are therefore necessary. General Safety:
Without written permission of the landlord it not allowed to stay with more than 2 people in one suite.
It is strictly forbidden to:
use the safety stair outside your suite.
smoke in your suite (minimal € 175)
Entering the crane is entirely at your own risk. Landlord is not liable for damage, injury, theft, nuisance in any way whatsoever.
The crane is a safe building and meets the highest demands. In case of technical failure, damage and extreme weather conditions, landlord reserves the right to cancel a reservation(s) or booking(s) and he may deny access at the crane without financial liability claim. Guests reserves the right to an alternative overnight stay if the damage and /or technical failure is not caused by him.
Because of safety and in case of emergency all instructions of Landlord must be followed. In case of non-compliance or violation of the General Conditions or Manual a fine of minimal € 175 can be charged without a notice or default. Landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation(s) or may deny access into the crane without any financial liability claim.
We have a non- refundable cancelation policy. A reservation is confirmed and final upon payment.
We are not perfect, but we do our best. If guests has complaint(s) Landlord has to be inform immediately by the guest(s). Guests loses any right of compensation if he fails to inform Landlord immediately. (at least during the stay in the Crane). We then resolve the problem or may help where we can. Customer loses the right to complain if a complaint is not submitted in time and Landlord is no longer liable
Recordings, (live) streaming, advertisements and all other kind of commercial activations are prohibited without written permission of the landlord. On all our services, we apply our General Conditions and the Manual. Use of the crane and all equipment is at own risk and without further notice damage will be repaired at cost of renter. A deposit will be settled with the costs. For any questions please contact the landlord.

These are the Terms and Conditions of Crane Hotel, Faralda Exploitatie BV (hereinafter referred to as Crane Hotel), Chamber of Commerce Amsterdam 58133437 and having its registered offices at NDSMPlein 78, 1033 WB Amsterdam, VAT number NL 85 288 9379 B01, which are applicable to all services of the Crane Hotel and every use of the website www.Crane hotel .com and underlying web pages (hereinafter: “website”).
By using the website, you agree to bind by these Terms and Conditions. The Crane Hotel is entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you (re)view these Terms and Conditions upon your repeated use of the website.
BOOKING & SERVICES:
You can reserve a suite in the Crane Hotel via the website. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
To any booking that is performed through the website, the then applicable rates and conditions shall apply. The Crane Hotel shall at all times be entitled not to accept or perform a booking or to set additional conditions for the acceptance or performance of a booking.
Any personal data the Crane Hotel collects about you will be processed according to the Crane Hotel.
PRIVACY POLICY:
You will make use of the services of the Crane hotel in accordance with the applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, respectability and in accordance with the reasonable instructions of the Crane hotel as published on the website or provided in the hotel. Consequently, you are not allowed to use the services for illicit purposes and effects, in a manner that may be injurious to the rights and/or interests of third parties or that may in any way harm the Crane hotel, to be determined by the Crane hotel. If you act in violation of the foregoing, the Crane hotel reserves the right to refuse any further services to you. You are liable for any and all damages and costs incurred by the Crane hotel as a result of the violation without prior demand or notice of default being required.

A booking is final after payment and allocation.
Payment is due upon reservation.
In case of cancellations, there will be no refunds / restitution.
An alternative date is only available with written consent of Faralda Crane Hotel.
We apply our General Delivery and Payment Conditions and the Faralda Manual.
A booking is personal and non-transferable.
An offer is not valid in combination with other promotions.
In all circumstances Faralda reserves the right to cancel bookings and refuse requests.
A booking and payment is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non reschedulable.
