All units are NO-SMOKING and pets are allowed upon request.
Check in:
Check in time is 3pm.
Please see your welcome letter once booked to view the address of where you will be checking in.
Check out:
Check out time is 10am. (Unauthorized late departures are subject to a 1/2 day charge)
Responsibilities – Upon departure please close and lock all windows, turn off all heaters and lights.
Payment Policy
The Cottage Santa Monica accepts Visa, Amex, Mastercard, personal check and wire transfer.
½ of entire stay is charged at time of booking with second ½ charged 30 days prior to arrival. Check payments will only be accepted outside 30 days prior to arrival.
All guests must have valid credit card on file for incidentals, regardless of payment type.
Charges:
Nightly Rate: $2,230.00 w/ a 3 night Min. Stay.
TOT: 14% of Rent
TMD: $5.00 per day
Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel or change your reservation you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive your deposit back minus 10%.
Deposit is 1/2 of the total rental amount. The entire rental amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
