The Claremont Hotel is a privately owned and run ADULT ONLY hotel centrally positioned in the heart of Polperro, offering accommodation less than three minutes walk from what is probably the prettiest fishing harbour in south east Cornwall, if not in the whole county.
The Claremont Hotel faces south overlooking the valley and rooftops, and is ideally positioned for a short walk to all the village attractions, pubs and restaurants.

The Claremont Hotel is an Adult Only (18+) hotel
We do not accept Check Ins after 6pm. If guests have not arrived by 6pm, the booking will be classed as a No Show and will be cancelled.
Minimum night stays are in effect throughout the year. These can vary. Generally there is a 3-7 night minimum from May - to the end of September and a 2 night minimum in April and October, as well as a 2 night minimum on Fridays and Saturdays for the remainder of the year. Shorter stays are subject to availability only.
Dogs are welcomed by prior arrangement in selected rooms (extra charges apply)
Payment Policy
• A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure a Booking. The Deposit is the total price for the first night of the Booking. When multiple Rooms are booked, a Deposit will be taken for each Room.
• Any remaining Balance will be taken the day before Check-In.
Cancellation Policy
• If a Booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the day of arrival, the Deposit can be held on credit to use against another booking with us, up to 12 months from the date of the original booking. This is for Direct Bookings ONLY and not for bookings made through Third Party Websites.
• If a Booking is cancelled between 7 days – 48 hours before the day of arrival, the Deposit will be forfeited but no further charge will be made.
• If a Booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date, the Customer is liable to pay the entire price of the Booking in full.
• Guests are not permitted to reduce their length of stay to below the minimum night stay requirement at the time of booking.
• Guests in residence who leave before their due departure date are still liable for the entire cost of their Booking.
• We suggest taking out travel insurance so that you can recoup any cost of the booking, if you need to cancel at short notice.
