House Rules:
• Maximum occupancy 2 guests per cabin - if additional guests, please contact direct to set up accommodations
• For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking, candle burning, or any other open flames in any of our cabins. Courteous smoking is permitted outside only. Guests smoking in a cabin will be charged a minimum fee of $200 to return any rooms to a non-smoking status
• Due to high fire danger, only fires in the fire pit are allowed
• Pet Friendly
• No early check out refunds
• Refunds cannot be issued for partial stays under any circumstances
• All rates are subject to hotel occupancy tax of 13%
• Prices are subject to change without notice until reservations are secured by a deposit.
Payment Policy
First night room charge per cabin is required to guarantee a reservation. The balance is due on day of check in.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit is refundable if a cancellation is received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
