> All rates include 16% VAT & 2% Catering Levy
> Our Daily Rates include breakfast, complimentary wifi in restaurant and lounge area, early/extended checkout, and afternoon tea/coffee/freshly baked cake
> Half board meal plan entitles guest to either lunch or dinner to the value of Euros 20. Full board meal plan entitles guest to both lunch and dinner to the value of Euros 40. Anything over and above that, plus drinks will be charged for.
> Daily rates are quoted in KSH but we also accept Euros or USD
> Check-in time: 2:00 PM and Check-out time: 10:00 AM
> Children under 3-years old stay complimentary, children between 3 and 12 years old stay at a reduced rate as stated on your confirmation
> Not included in the daily rate: activities, airport transfers, drinks and extra meals. (unless stated in a package or offer)

Cancellation Policy
> For bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit
> For bookings cancelled from 30 to 20 days prior to arrival: 30% refund of deposit
> For bookings cancelled less than 20 days prior to arrival: no refund of deposit
