The private bathroom has a beautifully tiled spacious shower. The window overlooks the backyard.
The most gorgeous view is from the upper deck which is open only at breakfast time. We will join our guests in enjoying a seated gourmet breakfast is served on the upper deck at 9:00 am every morning of your stay. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, but only if we are notified at the time you make your reservation.

An 800 square foot studio apartment style suite with kitchenette including; sink, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils, flat screen TV, air conditioning, two sofa sitting area, dining area, bedroom area with queen size bed, second queen size murphy bed, private bath, walk in shower, and private entrance.
NOTE: This suite has a second queen bed. This is one big room with a private bathroom; there is only a screen for privacy between the beds which are on opposite sides of the room.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: The room rate includes 2 adults. The fee for a third and fourth adult is $50/day/adult. Remember to add this fee to your reservation BEFORE finalizing the transaction to avoid having to re-do it.
NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN under 18.. Pets permitted with ADVANCE PERMISSION + $ 50 fee/visit. Please do not put us in the awkward position of having to turn you away when you show up with children or pets without our prior agreement.

Terms & Conditions
NO CHILDREN - Because Cheers B&B is designed to foster adult socializing, usually involving wine, our policy is not to accept bookings that include children except in the Cosmopolitan Suite and only in few circumstances, at the owners' sole discretion. Unless you have received an email from us expressly accepting your special request to allow a guest under the age of 20 in your booking, minors will not be permitted to check-in.
FOOD RESTRICTIONS- Please email us to let us know what you can't eat. Otherwise, if you do have a food restriction and we don't know it, you won't be able to eat breakfast that day. We start preparing for gourmet breakfasts well in advance of your arrival that are not designed around restrictions unless you tell us otherwise.
CHECK IN/OUT: No self check ins, we must be here to show you to your room., so it is important to make sure we are home by emailing us with your expected arrival time. at info@cheersbnb.com at least a few days before your arrival. Usual check in is between 4-7, please ask if you need to arrive outside of those hours.
Our licensing regulations require SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK AND GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID MATCHING THE CHECK IN GUEST, MUST ALL BE PRESENT AT CHECK IN. This protects us both!
ALLERGY ALERT: We have two very friendly resident dogs stay only on our private floor where we live. If you don't want them to be on the patio when we eat breakfast, just tell us! Our dogs are not allowed anywhere in the common guest areas or rooms.
PETS: Please contact us regarding bringing your dogs to Cheers. We accept well-trained housebroken dogs only in the Cosmopolitan Suite for a one-time fee of $ 50 per dog per stay, with notice BEFORE booking. Please be advised there are friendly resident dogs, Toby & Chester, in the owner's quarters on a separate floor of the house.
SMOKING: permitted on the outdoor patio only. A $250 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke anywhere inside Cheers B&B.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card must be used to secure your reservation. Please remember to bring the SAME credit card used to secure the reservation with you, along with your photo ID matching the card, to present to us for identification and security upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel reservations up to midnight of the 15th day before arrival and receive a refund of the reservation cost less 10% + tax administration fee.
To be fair to both of us, any cancellation made on or after the 14th day prior to your arrival date is non-refundable unless we get a booking for the same room covering some or all of the days of your booked stay. We will process a proportionate refund to the same credit card used in boooking.
