For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed only outside.
Payment Policy
• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online with our secure payment account. Prices are in US dollars.
• A one night deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• Refunds/Cancellations:
o Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival
o Credit towards a future stay valid for one year if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival.
o No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
o A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds.
o No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, or weather related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes.
o Travel insurance is always recommended.
o All cancellations must be via email to cayecasa@gmail.com.
