Restaurant booking
Guests choosing to book dinner must do so in advance, booking is essential. Children’s menu is available for evening meals.
Opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 5:45pm to 8pm
Sunday lunch 12:30 - 3pm Closed during the evening
Monday closed.
Depending on your chosen booking tariff, you may or may not have included breakfast, full Welsh breakfast is included with all direct bookings, for those who have booked via booking.com please check your reservation details, if you wish to book a breakfast box or full breakfast please do so on arrival.

Full English (restaurant only) £13.50
All rooms have private facilities, digital T.V, Hairdryer, ample Courtesy Tray, toiletries, mini fridge, free wifi.

Pet friendly
Well behaved dogs are welcome, usually accommodated in Coach House Rooms with independent access. We welcome dogs into most public areas of the hotel, accompanied by their well-behaved owners. Weather permitting, we encourage alfresco dining, where your dog can accompany you.
Guide & support dogs are welcome everywhere.
Although we aim for a very relaxed environment, we do have a few requests, in order to ensure the comfort of everyone.
1. we ask pet owners to bring their own dog bedding, to provide pets comfort & to prevent them from jumping onto the furniture
2. if they are mucky or wet after a walk, please do dry them off so that they are clean before entering any part of the hotel.
3. We have large grounds, which your pet is welcome to enjoy with the gate shut, on the lead if appropriate.
4. We ask guest to clean up after their dogs, bin & running water is available in the car park
we ask you to consider our other guests and to keep your dog under control at all times. Should your dog bark or whine incessantly during your stay then sadly we will have to ask you to leave. Any damage done will be charged appropriately.

Payment Policy

Booking Conditions for direct bookings.
A deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm a reservation. balance payable upon departure.
Provisional telephone or email bookings are held for 3days.

Booking Conditions for Booking sites (e.g booking.com / laterooms)
no deposit is taken, but full payment is taken upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees
if a booking is cancelled prior to 5days of arrival, deposit is refunded, we are happy to hold the deposit for a future booking.
if cancelled within the 5 days & not 're-let' 40% of the stay is payable.
if cancelled within 24hours full payment is to be made.
