Para reservar una habitación, se requiere una tarjeta de crédito válida. Casa Prana cargará la tarjeta de crédito después de un período de espera de 48 horas. Este es un período de 48 horas que comienza cuando el correo electrónico informativo de reservación es enviado a la dirección que el cliente ha indicado. En este período, el cliente puede solicitar la reservación para ser cancelada o para ser alterada para otra fecha sin incurrir en ningun pago de compensación y sin cualquier cargo en la tarjeta de crédito. Puede ser que haya cambio en el precio en caso de modificación de la fecha de la reservación.
Esta solicitud de cancelación o de alteración de la fecha de la reservación debe ser hecha por el huésped por correo electrónico.

Payment policy
To hold a room, a valid credit card is required. Casa Prana will charge the credit card after a 48 hours waiting period. This is a 48 hours period that starts at the moment the booking information is sent by Casa Prana to client’s email address. Within this period the client may request the booking to be cancelled or to be rescheduled to another date without incurring in any fee and without being charged in the credit card. There may be alterations in the price when the reschedule of date is requested.
This request for cancellation or reschedule of date must be made by the guest by email.

No se aceptan solicitudes de reprogramación de la fecha de entrada / salida. Ningún dinero pagado, parcial o total, será reembolsado, en ninguna situación, incluida la fuerza mayor. Sin embargo, en la situación excepcional de la pandemia de Covid-19, es posible que analicemos la documentación que demonstre que el huésped no pudo viajar por restrición de Covid-19. La solicitud debe estar completamente documentada y realizada hasta tres días antes de la fecha de check-in.

Cancellation Policy
After the credit card is charged, Casa Prana accepts no cancellation even when the guest does not show at the Hotel during the reserved stay period. No requests for rescheduling of date of check-in/check-out are accepted. No money paid, partial or total, shall ever be reimbursed, in any situation including force majeure. However, in the exceptional situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, we may analyze the documentation proving that the guest was prevented to travel. If we find there is enough ground for it, we may convert a part or the totality of the payment already made into a credit to be used in a future reservation of a room at the prevailing price. The request must be fully documented and made up to three days before the check-in date.
