Beautiful Casa Limonada Boutique Motel is situated in the heart of picturesque Lido Key, a great place to enjoy outdoor adventures, incredible sunsets, world-class dining experiences, and boutique shopping in the warm sunshine of Florida’s West Coast. Guests are a short stroll from the white sands of Lido Beach, minutes from the vibrant tourist destination of St. Armand’s Key, and a quick drive to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, or Longboat Key. We are the perfect destination for your Florida vacation!
Casa Limonada is newly renovated with a combination of mid-century modern design and a splash of Florida tropical architecture to make all of our guests feel at home on their vacation in our quaint environment. We have modern and convenient amenities in all of our guest rooms to meet the needs of our visitors – king sized beds, smart TVs, beach wagons with chairs, umbrellas, and few beach toys for big and small kids, kitchens/kitchenettes to store a few groceries or make an entire meal, and best of all a homemade cake to welcome you to your home away from home!
Our guest rooms will accommodate the needs of your party, whether it is the whole family, a romantic getaway, or a business trip to Sarasota. Ranging from studio apartments to our 2-bedroom cottage, we have options for a party of 2 or a group of 6 to share the same space. The Gulfside King Studio Standard Book
This is a studio apartment that was recently fully renovated. This unit is one out of two studios, side by side, that can be rented out separately or as one large two bedroom two bath room complex. Very private and comfortable.

Terms & Conditions
1. Rates & Taxes- In order to remove any doubt or possible confusion please note that our rates, fees and quotes ( accommodation, cleaning, property fees , items, services, etc..) DO NOT include taxes or credit card processing fee . An estimated 3% credit card surcharge will be applied to all CC transactions. AVOID credit card processing fee by paying your stay using a check or an exact amount of cash.
2. Cleaning Fee Charges- A mandatory cleaning fee is added to all stays. An additional cleaning fee charges are applied to all extended stays ( beyond 10 nights).
3. Non-Smoking- Our property is "SMOKING FREE". Please note that a $500 fine will be applied for smoking ANYWHERE on premises.
4. Pets- We are a "pet free property" for reasons of noise, damage, allergies and general discomfort to other guests and visitors. A $500 fine will be applied for violating the "pet free policy".
5. Parking- One parking spot per unit with the exception of the cottage that has 2 spots dedicated to its guests.
6. Quiet Hours- Please be considerate to other guests and visitors. No loud music is allowed at any time. Our quiet times are 23:00-9:00 am daily.
7. Damage- Damage to property, equipment and or any inventory item will be fixed, replaced, purchased by owner on guest's expanse.
8. Check in time - 15:00 . Check out time: 11:00 am
10.Beach equipment- Please make sure to rinse and leave all beach equipment provided ( cart, chairs, umbrella and such) outside, in the back of your unit.
11.General Courtesy- Please treat our guests, visitors, units and equipment with consideration and respect.
12. Common Areas- Deck and all outdoor showers are for all guests to use.
13.Laundry- Coin operated washer and dryer are located on site. At this time the machines are for all guests to use.
14.Our Bicycles- We currently have few pairs of bicycles in house. It is a free of charge gesture for our guests. The bikes are offered on a first come first serve basis and while using them, you are taking full responsibility for any damage or loss for them.
15. Cancellations Due To COVID 19- Inside our cancellation period ( two weeks prior to arrival) all guests are required to provide a valid test results if wish to cancel their reservation due to COVID 19, otherwise they will be responsible for a payment following our general policy guidelines.
Payment Policy
At time of placing a new reservation, our guests are required to provide a valid credit card information. The card information must match the name of the individual who's the reservation is under his/her name. A 3% credit card surcharge is applied to all CC transactions. AVOID CC surcharge by using a check or exact amount of cash.
The full stay amount is processed on check in day using the credit card information kept on file.
That same card will be used to cover the cost in case of damage to our property/equipment upon check out.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
