A valid credit card number is required to secure the reservation and a 50% deposit is required when booking a reservation. 14 days prior to your arrival the final balance will be due.
Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival your deposit will not be returned.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call during office hours and speak directly to a hotel agent who can provide you with a cancellation number.
Without this number, your cancellation request is not valid.
